Who can JC?

You do not need to be a rising 10th grader to participate in the program. Anyone can join at any point in their high school career.
Does it cost money?
There is a fee to attend Jr Counselor Training Camp, however full and partial scholarships are available if needed. There is no cost to attend the camps you will serve at after you have been through JC training.
Can I get community service hours?
Each JC experience is worth 75 hours of community service. If you need hours to graduate or for any program you are a part of, please let us know. We are happy to complete and/or sign any required paperwork.
How do I apply to be a JR Counselor?
You must attend the Jr Counselor Training Camp. At the end of camp, you and the Procter Summer Staff team will discern if being a JC is a good fit and if so, for which camps.
