Procter Camp, a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Ohio, is a place for children, youth, and families to grow in faith, sing, learn, play, and pray together.
Our programs include Youth Camp for children entering 3rd-8th grade, Senior High Camp for 9th-12th grade, Family Camps for all ages, and Day Camp for 1st-6th grade. We’ll end the summer with Silver Camp, for kids at heart, 55+. Learn more and register for camp.
About Procter Camp Tiered Pricing
Procter uses a tiered pricing system for summer camp. We trust you to make the best choice for your family. The rate your family pays is confidential; all campers receive the same camp experience regardless of which tier you choose.
- Direct Cost: Covers our direct program costs, camp staff stipends, food and administrative costs.
- True Cost: Families who can afford to pay the true cost are encouraged to do so. This rate more closely accounts for the full cost of camp after diocesan support for the program. Your contribution help Procter make needed upgrades and continue to grow in the future.
- Campership (camp scholarship): Procter and the Diocese of Southern Ohio will always make camp accessible for all campers, adults and children, regardless of ability to pay. See more about Camperships below.
2023 Camp Pricing
- Tween Camp: Direct Cost $190, True Cost $230
- Middle School: Direct Cost $475, True Cost $575
- Senior High: Direct Cost $475, True Cost $575

- Single camper $225, two campers $400, additional cost per camper $120

- Single camper $200, first two campers $350, additional cost per camper $100

- $375 for 2 campers or $250 for 1 camper
Camperships
Camperships are for resident/overnight summer camps. Initially, families are asked to contribute 1/3 of the camp fees, Procter contributes 1/3 for Camperships and ideally a parish sponsors the camper with the last 1/3. The 1/3 family contribution is negotiable, however each family is required to make some amount of financial investment.
Indicate you are requesting Campership during the registration process and download the Campership Planning Form. Complete the Planning form in conversation with your clergy or parish administrator (if applicable) and return it to Procter two weeks prior to starting your scheduled camp session. Your registration will not be complete until Procter has your Campership Planning Form on file.
